It outlines how SMAZENKA LABS LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Information Collection

To provide a tailored experience, we collect the following data:

• User-Provided Information: Your name, gender, sexual preferences (e.g., kissing, oral sex), taboos (e.g., bondage, public sex), and optionally, your email address for purchase recovery.
• Gameplay Data: Interactions such as challenge completions and wishlist entries (for premium users).
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique identifiers for technical support and analytics.

3. Use of Information

Your data is used to:

• Personalize gameplay by generating challenges based on your preferences and taboos.
• Integrate wishlist desires (for premium users) into gameplay for you and your partner.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through the respective app stores.
• Improve the App’s functionality and user experience.

Note: Wishlist data is only reflected in gameplay and is not shared with others.

AI Involvement: AI and other services are involved in content generation, but no personal information is shared with these services.

Your data is stored both on your device and on our servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. However, no online transmission or storage system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

You may:

• Access, update, or correct your personal information.
• Request data deletion by contacting us at support@smazenka.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days and delete your personal information from our servers, except for data we must retain for legal or regulatory purposes.
• Opt-out of promotional communications at any time by adjusting your preferences in the App or contacting us at support@smazenka.com.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights under CCPA.

8. Age Restriction

The App is restricted to users aged 18 and above. During onboarding, users must confirm they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If such data is detected, we will promptly delete it.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any user-generated content (UGC) you create using the App. By submitting UGC, you grant SMAZENKA LABS LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your UGC solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. We will not share your UGC with others without your consent.

10. Changes to the Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant updates will be communicated via the App or email (if provided). Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance.
